Mini blinis with French crème fraiche
Nothing says CELEBRATION like blinis with caviar accompanied with a glass of chilled champagne or a shot of ice cold vodka! Caviar is a special ingredient which should be paired with other flavours that will enhance and not smother it. Blinis and crème fraiche make a beautiful pillow for the flavour of caviar to be enjoyed on! Spoon a dollop of crème fraiche onto a warmed blini and top with a small spoonful of caviar! Serve immediately!
