Premium Hybrid Caviar
The Premium Hybrid is a cross breed between Russian Oscetra and Siberian sturgeon. Usually varies from dark brown colour to dark grey colour. Size around 3.2-3.5mm. The tasting note would be a bit buttery flavour and sweet after taste. Should be served spooned directly into mouth or spread on blinis accompanied with a little creme fraiche.
Our Premium Hybrid Caviar is packed in tins of size 30g, 50g and 125g. The shelf life is between 30 to 45 days when properly stored and refrigerated (no freezing) between -2°C to +2°C but should be consumed within a few days after opening.
